The Figure cuts across the two definitions for target market segments, showing clearly that India has the largest target market segment, regardless of how it is defined. Nigeria falls in second place, closely followed by a selection of East African (orange) and South East Asian (blue) nations. Small Island Developing States (SIDS), such as Vanuatu, Tuvalu and Palau clearly fall far behind when considering absolute numbers of people.
